Pricing
All prices on samrris.com are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may choose to cancel for a full refund.
Cash on delivery
- All orders are shipped on cash-on-delivery terms.
- Please pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
- Please have the payment ready — the courier cannot wait for long.
Order confirmation
Every order is confirmed by phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, your order may be cancelled.
Delivery
We deliver within 3 to 7 working days across Pakistan through TCS, Leopards Courier, PostEx, and Trax. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or courier delays. The responsibility for your order passes to you once it is delivered.
Products
We do our best to show products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and items listed as random color or design will be shipped in an available variant.
Returns
Our 7-day easy return policy applies, as described on our Returns & Refunds page.
Order cancellation
We may cancel any order in case of stock shortage, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled, you will not be charged anything, since all orders are cash on delivery.
