How do I pay for my order?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. You simply pay in cash when your parcel arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment, bank transfer, or card needed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and usually reach you within 2–4 working days, depending on your city. Deliveries to remote areas may take a day or two longer.
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes. We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners — from Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad to smaller towns and villages.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return policy. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund — no questions asked.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by SMS and WhatsApp. You can also track it anytime from the Track Order page using your order number.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will sort it out fast — replacement or refund, your choice.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Message us with your order number and we will update or cancel it right away.
Are there any hidden charges with Cash on Delivery?
No. There are no hidden charges — you pay only the order total (plus standard shipping where shown) when you receive your parcel.
