How to request a return

- Share your order number, and a clear photo if the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Refunds and replacements
Damaged, defective, or wrong items: we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. For change-of-mind returns, we will refund the item price once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 working days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
